Growing up in Robertson County, I was able to see how little most students know about the ACT and how to apply for college. After scoring a 33 on the ACT, I wanted to help others do what I did: score highly on the ACT and be able to go to AFFORD my dream school.
Over the last five years, I have been fortunate enough to not only help students achieve their college dreams, but I was able to graduate Magna Cum Laude with two bachelor’s Degrees in Management and Political Science from Lipscomb University.
Now, I am dual-studying at both the University of Pavia, in Lombardy, Italy and University of ESC Clermont in Clermont, France in order to get two Masters’ Degrees in Healthcare Management and Business Analytics.
I am able to help all of my students improve because I have been in their position before, as well. I can relate to each student. I was not always a great student. As a freshman in high school, I had a 3.1 GPA. Currently, I tutor students from all levels of ability (both on the ACT and academically), so I am able to adapt to any student and make material understandable for anyone. I have had a student go from an 18 to a 26, and multiple students go from an original 27 to full-tuition scholarships.
For me, the most rewarding thing is when I give a child confidence that they can achieve their goals. I deeply believe that anyone can achieve great things when they are willing to work hard and believe in themselves. No child is too unorganized, and anyone is smart enough to improve.
